Inflammation Fighters

Water
  • Drink 2-3 Litres of filtered or bottled water a day
  • DO NOT drink Reverse Osmosis Water
  • You can add 2 slices of lemon, a handful of mint leaves and 5 slices of cucumber in the water

Ginger and Honey Tea
  • 1 cup of boiling water, 1 slice of fresh ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of honey
  • Drink 2-3 cups a day 

Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper
  • Add 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric and 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper to your food
  • Try not to cook the spices as it destroys it's healing properties
  • Try to mix it warm steamed vegetables or mix it in a sauce just before you serve the food

Raw Green Vegetables
  • Eat plenty of RAW green vegetables
  • Celery, Broccoli, Spinach, Swiss Chard are the best inflammation fighters

Beetroot Juice
  • Juice raw beetroot (you can add an apple for sweetness)

​Fish
  • Eat fish that is rich in Omega 3: Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Cod
