Water
Drink 2-3 Litres of filtered or bottled water a day
DO NOT drink Reverse Osmosis Water
You can add 2 slices of lemon, a handful of mint leaves and 5 slices of cucumber in the water
Ginger and Honey Tea
1 cup of boiling water, 1 slice of fresh ginger, 1/4 teaspoon of honey
Drink 2-3 cups a day
Turmeric and Cayenne Pepper
Add 1 Tablespoon of Turmeric and 1 Teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper to your food
Try not to cook the spices as it destroys it's healing properties
Try to mix it warm steamed vegetables or mix it in a sauce just before you serve the food
Raw Green Vegetables
Eat plenty of RAW green vegetables
Celery, Broccoli, Spinach, Swiss Chard are the best inflammation fighters
Beetroot Juice
Juice raw beetroot (you can add an apple for sweetness)
Fish
Eat fish that is rich in Omega 3: Salmon, Tuna, Sardines, Cod
