Infraspinatus Stretch

Infraspinatus Stretch
​​1.) Bend the left arm and place it behind your back.
2.) Throw a small towel over the right shoulder and hold on to it with the left hand. 
3.) With the right hand, pull the opposite end of the towel downwards.
4.) You will feel the stretch in the front and back of the left shoulder.
5.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
6.) Swap and stretch the right side.
7.) Repeat this exercise 3 times. Do it 3 times a day.
