Pectoral Stretch (Standing)
​​1.) Stand up straight and interlock your fingers together, behind your back and keep your arms straight (as in figure one).
2.) While keeping your arms straight and hands interlocked, lift the hands upwards as high as you can. 
3.) Squeeze the shoulder blades together as you lift.
4.) You will feel the stretch in the front of the chest and shoulders.
5.) Hold the stretch for 35 seconds. Do not bounce. Just hold it.
6.) Repeat this exercise 3 times. Do it 3 times a day.
